  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or installation.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable).
  • Requests made after the return window has expired.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order details.
  • After verification, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be requested.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items.
